Ivanhoe is a small, quaint, historic city nestled on top of the Buffalo Ridge. Our citizens boast of small town pride; only small in size, but huge in heart. Visitors from around the world come to Ivanhoe to enjoy its scenic beauty and historic charm, as well as to participate in the recreational opportunities that are offered here.

Ivanhoe is proud of our Polish Heritage. The annual Polska Kielbasa Days "Polish Days" is held the second weekend in August. You will find various softball games, polish sausage and other ethnic foods, fireworks, parade and evening entertainment. This is a family friendly event which brings people from around the country home for the weekend.
